Our upcoming initiative near Surat is envisioned to create clean energy, solid organic fertiliser and liquid organic fertiliser, while supporting India’s journey towards a greener, more self-reliant future.
Located in Sethi Village, Taluka Mangrol, District Surat, Gujarat, our Bio-CNG plant is currently under development as part of Emrock Energy’s renewable energy expansion.
Once operational, the facility is expected to produce approximately 1,600 tons of Bio-CNG annually, supporting cleaner energy generation.
The facility is also expected to produce Fermented Organic Manure (FOM) and Liquid Fermented Organic Manure (LFOM), creating valuable agricultural inputs from organic resources.
Our upcoming Bio-CNG facility is being developed with a larger purpose: to create value across energy and agriculture by converting organic resources into three valuable outputs.
Once operational, the facility is expected to produce approximately 1,600 tons of Bio-CNG annually, supporting cleaner and more sustainable energy alternatives.
The facility is expected to produce approximately 8,652.80 tons of FOM annually, creating an organic agricultural input from the same resource cycle.
Approximately 14,732.80 tons of LFOM are expected to be produced annually, offering a liquid organic input intended for agricultural use.
